As the first step in my project planning, I ask my clients to fill out a website questionnaire. It helps me get a clear understanding of what my client wants, but more importantly — it helps the client understand what they want.
For both Jade and I, this process was enlightening and foundational throughout the project. Evident from her answers and the existing positive reviews from her students' parents, Jade and her fantastic personality was at the heart of her success.
Jade is a master of her craft, so she became the focus of the rebrand. We sort to tell her story through imagery and text and how her study skills coaching helps her students by addressing their parents' fears and concerns. We used the logo to reinforce her personal brand as a promise of quality.
Jade is now growing her business and developing a community around her through her website and social media.

Beardfish did my site and logo. To be honest when we started I had no idea what I wanted and he completely guided me through the whole process. In fact - I not only ended up with an amazing website but also a clearer idea of who I was targeting and what my business was (and where it was going). The logo is not my first one but it will be my last - I have had two before and no-one knew what I did before (I don't like all the classic books and teachers hats stuff) - with this logo everyone understands the graphic and it puts me in the heart of it, as I am the brand (something I had never thought of before).
